… Ne faire rien d’autre que s’asseoir sur la grève et regarder la mer. Vivre l’instant présent, sentir dans chaque seconde l’essence du bonheur, énergie pour le corps et sagesse pour l’esprit.
Etre sous le charme et constater comment, pour être plus belle encore, la mer cette déesse aura su se vêtir avant la nuit profonde, d’une parure aux couleurs pourpre et or que le soleil couchant, si noble et généreux, lui dispense sans compter avant que d’aller voir vers d’autres horizons.
Se laisser bercer par le rythme puissant et régulier d’une houle dont les vagues, ourlées de blanche écume, viennent dans un dernier souffle déposer à vos pieds les secrets d’autres lieux.
Cette mer nourricière c’est aussi notre mère. Sans elle, nul doute que toute vie sur terre ne serait qu’un mirage.
